The Foundation for Applied Research in Gastrointestinal Oncology (FARGO) is a non-profit organization that promotes research, education and patient care in gastrointestinal oncology. FARGO's primary objective is to facilitate the transfer of basic science research into innovations in patient care. The responsibilities of FARGO include financial support, administrative support, and space for continued progress in the prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal cancer.
ESSO’s mission is to support its members in advancing the science and practice of surgical oncology for the benefit of cancer patients through a range of activities including education, research and leadership in multidisciplinary care.

PSOGI is a collaboration of world–renowned experts on the treatment of peritoneal cancer.
PSOGI aims to improve the treatment and survival of peritoneal cancer patients by educating patients, by training physicians, by organizing meetings and by performing basic and clinical scientific research into peritoneal cancer and the different treatment modalities.
